You & Beyond Returns Policy

 

Can I return my item for a refund or exchange I bought in store?

Yes, if you are unhappy with your purchase we can offer a full refund or exchange if the item has been returned to us within 30 days.

Please return the item back to the store with original 'You & Beyond' receipt, or call us first on 01780 755996, if you would like to send it via post. The item must be in its original condition.

 

Can I return my item for a refund, I bought online?

Yes, if you are unhappy with your purchase we can offer a full refund if the item has been returned to us within 30 days. The item must be in its original condition.

For online returns, all you need to do is either log in to your account and fill out a returns form, or drop us an email at info@youandbeyond.co.uk with your name, order number, and the item you are returning and what you would like to do and then send the item back to us at our address stated below:

We advice to use at least recorded delivery in order for you to track your item and also for the protection of the goods.

 

Can I return earrings?

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned, unless faulty.

 

Can I return engraved items?

Unfortunately, due to the personalisation of the item, engraved pieces cannot be returned, unless faulty.

 

What is your Christmas Returns Policy?

Purchase made from 1st October 2016, have an extended return and exchange period up to and including 15th January, 2017. 

Can I return sale items?

Yes, sale items may only exchanged not refunded within 14 days of purchase.

'You and Beyond' is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with any other jewellery or Pandora store. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

You & Beyond Shipping Delivery Policy

How much is delivery?

Deliveries to mainland UK are FREE
Guaranteed next day delivery is an additional charge of £5.95
(Available Monday-Thursday and orders must be placed before 4pm)

 

How long will it take to receive my order and how will it be sent?

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day of placement before 4pm.

Orders under £40 are delivered using Royal Mail First Class post (1-2 working days)
Orders from £40 - £200 are sent Royal Mail First Class Signed For (1-2 working days)
Orders over £200 are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery (next working day)

Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside of the UK via our online website.

 

How will my items be packaged?

Orders are sent with all the relevant branded packaging.

 

Can I purchase an item by phone and have it shipped?

Yes, we are able to take payment over the phone and we can ship free of charge before 4pm.
